ANA-MARIA DICEANU
Founder and Senior Crisis Communication Adviser
Ana-Maria Diceanu has more than 24 years of experience in corporate communication, reputation management and crisis communication.
Her experience under pressure began early in her career, as part of a crisis team following the 9/11 attacks. She later developed and led a dedicated crisis communication practice within one of Romania’s leading PR agencies before founding Brain 4 Strategy in 2018.
She has advised companies operating in highly scrutinised and regulated sectors, including banking and financial services, pharmaceuticals, retail, technology, energy and oil & gas.
Ana-Maria works directly with executives and communication teams on crisis preparedness, reputational risk assessment, decision-making under pressure, stakeholder communication, media response and post-crisis recovery.
She is a CIPR member and the first Romanian PR professional to obtain an AMEC international certificate in communication measurement. She is also co-founder and President of Global Women in PR Romania and a lecturer and trainer in crisis communication and media skills.
