CRISIS COMMUNICATION CONSULTANCY IN ROMANIA

A crisis is not defined by the incident alone. It is defined by the gap between what happened, what people believe happened and how the organisation responds.

Cyberattacks, product incidents, workplace accidents, leadership allegations, regulatory investigations, restructuring, misinformation or a single viral post can place a company under pressure within minutes.

Brain 4 Strategy works alongside leadership, legal, operational, HR and communication teams to bring structure to uncertainty. We help organisations establish the facts, assess stakeholder expectations, define a credible response and communicate at the speed the situation requires.

Crisis Rediness

We assess vulnerabilities across the organisation and define the decisions, responsibilities and communication flows required before an incident occurs.

Deliverables may include:

• reputational risk assessment
• crisis scenarios and escalation criteria
• stakeholder and vulnerability mapping
• holding statements and response templates
• crisis simulations and tabletop exercises

Media training

Our media training places executives in realistic interview situations involving difficult questions, interruptions, incomplete information and reputational pressure. Participants learn how to remain clear and human, protect confidential information and avoid the defensive language that often turns an operational incident into a trust crisis.

Crisis simulation

Brain 4 Strategy designs realistic crisis exercises that test decision-making, escalation, internal coordination, leadership response, media handling and the organisation’s ability to work with incomplete or contradictory information.

The purpose is not to catch people making mistakes. It is to identify those mistakes while they can still be corrected without reputational or commercial consequences.

Post-crisis recovery

The end of media attention is not necessarily the end of the crisis.

We evaluate what changed in stakeholder perceptions, which relationships require repair and whether the organisation’s actions support a credible recovery narrative. We then develop a communication roadmap based on evidence of change — not a premature attempt to move on.

What Our Clients Say

NICOLETA DELIU, Head of corporate comm and CSR at BCR Erste

"I had the opportunity to work with Ana Diceanu and her team in several contexts: some related to organizing crisis communication in the company, with everything related to it from messages to training for key people, others to creating an employer branding strategy and including one-off communication projects.

I always appreciated the strategic approach, based on numbers and with clear objectives on which they always managed to build creative proposals. The feeling I had every time was that the proposals make a lot of sense precisely because they are based on a good understanding of the target and the objectives."
